  • This song make me rejoice in Christ my Saviour. He is my rock and comforter and he is always at my side.

  • me encanta esta alabanza

  • PRAISE THE LORD! Love this song!

  • I absolutely love this song. Praise god (:

  • This song sums up the living out of one’s faith. I listen to it every chance I get for inspiration I have asked my husband to have it as one of my funeral songs.

  • @ASonOfMan I am aware of the meaning of Khristós, however in this case it is more than likely a translation into Greek of the Hebrew “Messiah”, which almost invariably was used in reference to the coming anointed king. “It has been taught on the eve of the Passover they hanged Yeshua.” comes from the Babylonian Talmud. Jesus (or Yeshua) was no title, but a name, and not an uncommon one at that, e.g. Joshua of the old testament.

  • @ASonOfMan “There are no “roman documents” of a Jesus! Ever… I dare you to find them… As a matter of fact I double dare you.” Seems to me that what you said was incorrect, especially taking into account the record from Josephus Flavius. Of course it doesn’t prove Jesus’ existence, in the sense that nothing is provable historically, but I think you’ll discover that the majority of scholars consider Jesus’ existence to be a practical certainty.

  • this song gave me chills!(good) Defenitely going to consider singing this song in our upcoming talent show:)

  • @tdkeningley Tacitus refers to Pontius Pilatus as a “procurator” when he in fact was a “prefect”. Tacitus who was a “proconsul” had a precise knowledge of the significance of the different terms and should not have made this misstake. To some scholars this is an indication that it could be a fraud made by early christians. But even if it´s not, this text by Tacitus does not prove the existence of Jesus in any way.

  • @tdkeningley The name or title: Khristós means “the anointed one” and is not a term unique to christianity. Christianity derive its name from the term but the title Khristós has been used MANY times throughout history. However, the name “Jesus” though, are not present in any documents. The name Jesus came into light far later. And even the name Jesus or “Yahshua” wich is hebrew meaning “our savior” Is also just a title. And this passage by Tacitus are by some scholars considered a fake.

  • This song is absolutely fabulous!
Praise the LORD Jesus Christ, our risen savior. He is our everything, loving, just, perfect, and forgiving!
Even in this fallen world, he provides light

  • :52 1:08 cool pictures. Nice.

  • Love this song!! In Christ alone is right. Amen

  • @ASonOfMan Book 15 of the annals by Tacitus, another Roman historian: “Christus, from whom the name had its origin, suffered the extreme penalty during the reign of Tiberius at the hands of one of our procurators, Pontius Pilatus”

  • The works of Flavius Josephus, Antiquities 18:63 (18.3.3.63) “Now, there was about this time Jesus, a wise man, if it be lawful to call him a man, for he was a doer of wonderful works–a teacher of such men as receive the truth with pleasure. He drew over to him both many of the Jews, and many of the Gentiles. He was the Christ.” There’s your Roman document. Though Josephus was a Jew, he became a Roman citizen under Emperor Vespasian, therefore his writings would be considered “Roman”.
