Everyone should own a Bible. This particular Bible is easier to read, follow, and understand. I recommend this Bible for every woman no matter what age, that’s focusing on God’s word more closely for the first time. I also gave this Bible as a gift to my cousin and she loves it as well.

I have to agree with many of the other reviews on this…the pages really are thin. The content, however, is so good that I don’t mind the thin pages. I have been looking for a study bible that does more than reference other pages. This gives good background and explanations in addition to telling more about the women in each section than you will find most other places.

I brought this bible as a gift for a friend for Christmas. She loved it, because it was easy to read and understand and she especially liked the explanation notes on the side. This was and is an excellent buy!
