Domains for Sale -

i am confused. What time zone is the site operating in? I am GMT +8 so i expect ot be a little out.

One other thing that is really really confusing me though, is whether the clock is on 24.12 hr clock? I know this should be simple to answer by looking but I thing my brain is confused by all the time difference malarkey. Not used to it.:o

Any help would be great.
