@jpscoey dont blame God for that stuff, blame the devil. For years, people have been telling God that we dont need Him, God has stepped back but we still blame Him for everything that goes wrong, people cant have it both ways. Dont take this the wrong way, I am really sorry about what happened to your mum, nobody deserves to suffer like that, ive seen what Alzhiemers can do and it is very sad. @jpscoey The Bible tells us that Jesus was the ONLY perfect person to ever walk this earth. We are told that he was the son of God. If anyone deserved perfection in this life, it wouldn’t be me, you, my parents, your parents, or even Ghandi…it would have been Jesus. Instead, Jesus was beaten, ridiculed, tormented, stabbed, and crucified. God’s plan isn’t for us to have health, wealth, and happiness on earth, but to trust him here so that we can see him after death.

Look to your mums courage and kindness to comfort you and bring your loved ones closer to God. Believe that your mum and loved ones who have passed on before you are waiting for you with Jesus. Yeah, the immense suffering in this world is one of the greatest obstacles to belief in God. We as Christians can give all sorts of answers, but there really is no clear cut explanation of why God allows people to suffer.

However, here is what I would say in response to you: God did NOT want your mother to die.
@jpscoey disease isn’t of God…. God does not hurt us, He loves us, he loves so much infact that he even sent his Son Jesus to die for you mum and for you and for everyone.., so tell me now that he doesn’t love you or you mum… Praise God.

@jpscoey im sorry for the passing of your mother but we all suffer the consequences of sin. while im sure you mom is a good woman..NO ONE, NO ONE will ever live up to standards of God. How can God expect us to ever reach Him if He is so perfect and we are so nasty? – You let Him clean you and you won’t have to worry about “doing” good things…it’s a strange concept because we are taught to do good and not to just be loved. When you see God clearer, I hope this music becomes even better =)
@jpscoey My grandmother has brain cancer and is slowly dying. She was a school teacher just like your mom and is the sweetest lady I’ve ever known. She puts everyone else ahead of her and doesnt think of pleasing herself at all. But like xSoulReaper006 said, noone is perfect. We have all sinned against Christ which means we all deserve death. But Christ died in our place so we could live with Him after our life here on earth. Its about having a relationship thats based on love between Him and us
@xSoulReaper006 Have you ever thought about the fact that God thinks that your mother has done enough in this earth and is now blessed with Eternal life and is now in Heaven as a reward? Death is not a punishment, it is actually a prize because you are away from sin and now with God , i understand your pain but come on you can’t blame God for what he’s done if anything he’s blessed your mom by taking her out of her disease, and pain.

Just pray this prayer “Lord Jesus come into my heart i know that i am a sinner and i want you to forgive me please write my name in the book of life and please help live a life to please you in the name of Jesus Christ amen” I hope you do pray thi prayer and i hope God saves you…i’ll pray for you
@jpscoey We all have to go in some way. just because someone dies with a disease or is shot or anything like that doesn’t mean that God isn’t there. He could even be using their life as a model for someone else. He’s seeing who is living for Him here on earth to bring them to Him. We may suffer here but when we die and go to Him we’ll never suffer again, forever, therefore, death, isn’t a bad thing.

its not that God allows it. Its just that we don’t go to him. If we all went to Him, our lives would be perfect. He is like the barber of our lives. If we don’t go to Him, we will have messy hair (suffering).

I heard a parable before. A man went to a barber shop to get a hair cut. The barber and the man got into deep conversation and they hit the topic of God. The barber said, “God doesnt exist or else there wouldn’t be suffering and death.” The man left it at that because he didn’t want to get into an argument.

to the comment above, there is a gosd he is working in me and in so many people god has taken your mum to be with him i know how you are feeling i lost my dad and i also wanted somone to blame i blamed god to but i now know that god plans every thing and if your mum was a beliver in the lord jesus she has not died but started her eternal life in heven with the king of kings and the lord of lords god is great and it you talk to him pray about it there is nothing he cant do

@jpscoey first of all im sorry to hear about your mom. one thing i was always told and have expierienced for myself is that god takes you through trials and builds you for the future what ever he has in store for you. now for example you have a friend who has a family member that has an illness like your mom you can tell that person that you have gone through it and you can be there for that person. so you see god truely cares and as you know everybody dies if you believe he will take care of u.

@jpscoey yes but he is a genuine god..all people have to do is accept him..why do ppl blame him all the time. ppl need to seek him, pray,go to church of god&hear his word,serve him. All good ppl dont accept him..if u dont accept the son of god ur just as bad as a person who has killed another because u havent asked for forgiveness of ur sins….Everyone blames god..there is a devil…the devil works in many situations also…Godbless u.
