How difficult life can be at times…we lose a job or a love one dies; maybe our grades at school aren’t the best …or a marriage is shaky or there’s an affair or a separation. What are we to do or even more, where do we go to find answers. Who do we call or go to find that comfort that our heart and soul so desperately needs?…our Father says: Come to me all who are heavy laden and weary and I will give you rest…or in Isaiah 41:10 He says …do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with with my rightous right hand. Here is where I am comfortable sitting by your feet Father; resting and leaning on you. Our circumstances may well be the product of our choices or just happenings or life is how we react to them in His presence that is important to Him. In Romans 8:28 He says "God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
How wonderful His promises are. I called Him on this promise for about 8 months and He truly showed me and gave it to me. Thank you Father and praise be to you. Let us rest on you and give all our pains and sorrows to you for you say that your yoke is light…in Jesus I pray amen.:)
