THANK YOU GOD!!!! I KNOW MY CONFIDANTS!!! AMEN!!!
As usual… HE is right on time!!
im glad i seen this… i love the message… some people are truely not your friend they just use you as a stepping stone to feel better or to feel a void of some sort… soon as theyre happy they forget about you and move on with there own life.. sucks. but its life…. i really needed to hear this.
Beautiful message. Eliminate prejudice and learn to be friends with everyone.
How can I get this teaching on DVD?
Interesting cos I can’t trust a single soul on this planet. So sad as I always almost get devoured. Somehow I always seem to escape in time. Amen. So I need to gain a trusted confidant…where they at I need one…would be heaven to have one to place humanity back into my life. Jesus is the only one in my life.
Amazing!!
One of the best sermons I’ve ever heard. DEEP!
Truth.
Preach Preacher!!
@OilCityTattler Ten Commandments?
@monkeys350 So if we don’t sin, Jesus died for nothing.
Also if god created everything, god also created sin. God created our desire to sin, and god created us not wanting to try to avoid it.
@jimisru WE brought sin into this world… We can only do our best to take it out, but most of Us don’t try, which is depressing.
Great teaching!!!!
I HEARD THAT
OMG! THIS IS REVELATORY! THANKS BISHOP JAKES> GOOD STUFF!
This is so good to watch.
That’s awesome!!!
and so most of us go through life surrounded by comrades and constituents responding to our opinions, and nothing more.
and there’s a deity who made this happen.
That is depressing.
Why do these gods send misery in the first place?
Couldn’t they just not send the misery, being gods and all?
Also, people confuse me. They say one thing, but mean another. So there you are standing their being all happy for them, and they’re just being dramatic or running some agenda.
CONT.: Now you have a crowd of individuals who feel surrounded by enemies turning back to their leader totally freaked out. To me this smacks of the beginning of a mass witch hunt in an effort to gain power (be it psychological and/or financial) and there is nothing compassionate or peace loving about that.
CONT.: His tactic of catching everyone off guard by having them turn to their neighbor beside them and DEMANDING to know if they ‘are happy for them’ really seals the deal, because at least 2 thirds of the audience will simply have a bewildered look on their faces that suddenly they are having to switch their focus from the preacher to the stranger beside them demanding a response and the other third will look into those blank faces saying “AH HA! I KNEW you hated me!”
This strikes me as a standard religious/financial tactic – he starts off making the crowd feel empowered that he holds the secret to success and because he just LOVEs these folks so much he is going to share this secret of success with them (a secret he’s presenting as being rooted in Jesus’ teachings) but ultimately he is creating a psychological wave of paranoia spreading out through his audience leading them to feel more clingy and supportive of his “church” (cha CHING!).
I want to meet his minister. He’s inspiring!
