Jesus said to be careful with what you hear and how you hear it. Mark 4:24 and Luke8:18… Often times pride gets in the way and many either block the word given or twist it to fit their own ideas for their own plans instead of allowing the Holy Spirit to opporate and thus pride before the fall. One cannot fall when in a humbled heart posision.

God uses the foolish things of this world to confound the wise… see 1Corinthians 1:27…. though God’s wisdom is foolish to the world it is precious to those who understand wisdom from above 1Corinthians 2:7

Often times God will offer dreams in a deep sleep with symbols and hidden meaning to those who are searching God’s will or in need of guidence…

Job33:14-16,29 For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed; then He openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instuctions…. Lo, all these things worketh God oftentimes with man.

Size up all that one hears in the heart to sound scripture and seek out God’s heart and will to apply in the walk with Christ… that inner wittness of truth the Holy Spirit John14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My Name(Jesus), He shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your rememberence, whatsoever I have said unto you. And James makes very clear in James3:14-15 But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not… and lie not against the truth (deceiving ourselves). This wisdom descends not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish. There are two different kinds of "wisdom" and to be on guard for the battle of the sin nature vs the Spirit of God’s nature. For when we know the truth it shall set us free John8:32… The best thing we can do as believers is take Isaiah1:18 and it says Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool… talking about our hearts being cleaned out from lies and false beliefs and how God wants us to turn to him for a cleansing and pour truth in our hearts with His word and to take His word as His word with out twisting it or blind to the truth that will set us free in Him…. be blessed!
