To all believers in Jesus…. What are your thoughts about today’s churches? I am sure some have had wonderful exsperiences while others a very grim one….

I personally am at the cross roads on this issue. I came to know Jesus at a very young and tender age… my heart was at one time wide open to attending church wed night Sunday morning Sunday night and attended every chance with youth group activities and gatherings…. over time as I got to know Jesus more and more… and comparing it to what the preachers were saying and how the church body was living so much disfuntion judgement things going on behind closed doors and dry teachings and forsaking one another living opposite of what the bible cleary says to do… I ventured off to look into other church families… only to find over and over again the same thing… Stale bread and stagnant water…. no fresh bread and no living water…. Just believers trying to be heard over eachother like a competition and promoting their beliefs and the leaders trying to dominate and money and just a flat out mess. I will be fair enough to say that yes there was some good being done amongst the serious rediculous issues but… I found more peace reading my bible at home and praying and playing worship music in the comfort and loving atmosphere in my own house with my sons.

Believe me… no church is perfect but wow… the insanity in most churches… the spiritual conflicts… even witches and people of the ocult attend these churches to curse it and no one is the wiser to detect it and thus the foundation crumbles….

No one respects the other anymore… it has become all spiritual hype… push it down your throat aggressive in your face people instead of showing common respect and aiming for the higher cause and that is the Good Shepherd whom we all should be following. Not crushing the person sitting a few pews over who might be facing hard times and would like to be left alone to sort things out… or people stomping around exspecting others to appologize for what ever reason…. or demanding people work in a particular area in the church instead of allowing the Holy Spirit to talk to the hearts of people to be lead to volunteer… and wow many do not know how to pray… they pray their own will really believing they are praying Godly prayers and wonder why no one is getting delivered or seeing God’s hand work in it….. The task is so great… and I have my own hands full and I enjoy the peace that passes all understanding that keeps my heart and mind in Christ and that is allowing the love grow in my heart and guard it above all else for out of it are the issues of life…. if that means avoiding the church and continue on in the faith doing my all staying away from churches that have forsaken what Church should be about and that is God’s will not man’s …… so be it…. As God directs my steps… hopefully in time God will be gracious enough to lead me there…

I am all for buidling God’s kingdom here on earth in the hearts of men… but I want nothing to do with most churches of today. I would love to see a church tested and tried and see it still stand because that is then clear who they build the purpose of the Church on and that is our Lord Jesus Christ…. anything else there will be serious cracks in the foundation and it will show up in the attitudes lives and the break down of the unity of that church….

I believe in my heart the day is approaching God will revisit the Church and when He does there will be a great violent shaking and what remains is of him and what is destroyed was not of Him… I believe with the next revival it won’t be spiritual hype but it will come with prayer and fasting and a heart of repentence that cannot be faked or hindered.

A spirit of hatred and judgement has crept into the hearts of people blinding them to how we ought to believe and live as one voice one people in Christ… Though yes there are some out there who are pure and golden at heart…. there are so many yet to realise the condition of their own soul and how God truly sees it.

This is how I see it as of now… prayers of the saints will not change my veiws of the matter… only their heart and actions over time will. To God be the glory and His will shall be done!

Over time when God hits the church then yes most deffinately I want to be there…. until then no…
